Refund policy
At JC Kiosk UAE, your satisfaction, safety, and consumer rights are our highest priorities. This Return & Exchange Policy is structured in accordance with applicable UAE Consumer Protection laws and UAE e-commerce regulations, while maintaining strict hygiene and product integrity standards.
1. Unopened & Unused Products
Returns and exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
Products must be returned in resaleable condition, including all original packaging, labels, accessories, and documentation.
JC Kiosk reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving any exchange or refund.
2. Opened or Used Products
For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, opened, used, or unsealed products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, unless the item is defective.
This policy complies with UAE regulations governing personal care, health, and hygiene-related products.
3. Damaged, Defective, Expired, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during delivery
- Defective due to manufacturing fault
- Expired
- Incorrect (wrong item shipped)
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To initiate a claim, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
Upon verification, we will arrange, at no additional cost to you:
- Replacement of the product,
- Exchange for the correct item, or
- Full refund to the original payment method.
Remedies will be provided in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection regulations.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, you may:
- Select an alternative product of equal value
If the replacement item is of higher value, the customer must pay the price difference.
5. Shipping Costs
- Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- If the return or exchange is due to our error (damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect item), JC Kiosk will cover all associated shipping costs.
Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
6. Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange request:
- Contact our customer support team within the eligible timeframe.
- Provide your order number and valid reason for return/exchange.
- Await confirmation and return instructions before shipping the item.

7. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
- Refund processing may take 10–20 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We do not issue cash refunds for card payments.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
If the order has already been dispatched, customers must follow the return procedure after receiving the item.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
9. Policy Updates
