We currently deliver only across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We offer the following delivery options within the UAE:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Express Delivery: 24–48 hours

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier operational delays
  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch.


Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order size and weight
  • Selected shipping method

The final shipping cost will be displayed before payment confirmation.


Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer FREE delivery across the UAE on orders of 500 AED or more.

Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout once the minimum order amount is met.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details (where applicable). Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the courier system.


Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are generally made Monday through Sunday, depending on the courier partner.

Service availability may be limited during public holidays or special observances.


Address Accuracy & Order Changes

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Delivery address changes may only be accommodated if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, changes cannot be guaranteed.


Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the package:

  • The courier may attempt redelivery.
  • Additional delivery charges may apply depending on the courier’s policy.

To avoid delays, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the estimated delivery window.


Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number. We will coordinate with the courier to investigate and provide updates within 3–7 business days.


Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

All orders are packed and handled with care. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number.
  • Submit clear photos of the item(s) and packaging.

Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or refund where applicable.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping upon request.

International customers are responsible for:

  • Import taxes
  • Clearance fees

Delivery timelines for international orders vary depending on destination country and customs processing. JC Kiosk is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.


In-Store Pickup

We offer in-person pickup at JC Kiosk locations within the UAE.

Customers will be notified once their order is ready for collection. Pickup must be arranged in advance via email or WhatsApp.

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the order.
  • Inspect the package upon arrival.
  • Report any issues within 48 hours.
