1. Place 1 capsule on your tongue.
2. Drink a full glass of water (200–250 ml).
3. Tilt your head slightly forward (not backward).
4. Swallow the capsule with the water in one smooth motion.
5. Take a few additional sips of water to ensure it has gone down completely.
6. Take before or after meals.
